Confidential support for women preparing for important conversations.
Whether it’s speaking up about harm, asking for what you need or setting a boundary - you don’t have to do it alone.
The conversations we have can impact the rest of our lives.
What happens in a session:
We’ll work together to help you prepare for the conversations that matter most - safely and strategically.

You’ll get:
-
A safe space to talk through what’s happening, without judgement or pressure.
-
Clarity and calm - we’ll untangle what’s been said and what you want to say next.
-
Language and tools that help you speak up confidently.
-
A personalised action plan to protect your wellbeing while you decide your next steps.
-
Confidence mentoring
Sessions are available as one-offs or as a block.

Note: We do not provide counselling or legal advice, but we can signpost you to services. We don't take any kickback.
How much does it cost?

Your first step is a free 15 minute confidential consultation. This is a chance to talk through what’s happening and see if I’m the right person to support you. If I’m not, I’ll signpost you to someone who can.

What kinds of conversations can you help with? Anything that feels uncomfortable, unfair or hard to say. That might mean raising a concern about behaviour or discrimination, asking for fair treatment or pay, setting a boundary with a manager, or simply preparing to speak up with confidence. We have supported parents raising complaints with their child's school, women fighting to be heard by their GP and personal disputes too. Our expertise lies in workplace settings.

What happens in a session? We start by talking about what’s happening and what you’d like to change. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been said, what you want to say next, and how to say it safely. You’ll leave with a clear plan, practical language and more confidence to act. We guide you to make your own decisions. We can't tell you what to do but we can help you to follow through on your decision with confidence.
Is it confidential? Yes. Everything you share stays completely confidential. We'll only ever suggest outside support if you want it or if it’s something you ask for. You’re always in control of what happens next.
Do I need more than one session? Not necessarily. Some people have a one-off session to get clarity; others prefer a few sessions to build confidence and follow through on actions. You can choose what feels right after your free consultation.
How do I book? You can book your free 15 minute confidential consultation using the link below. It’s a simple chat to see what you need and whether we can help. No pressure or obligation.
