What Aren’t You Seeing? is a 90-minute interactive Change The Chat workshop that looks beneath the surface of workplace culture and explores the gap between the culture an organisation believes it has and the culture people actually experience.
Rather than focusing simply on policies, processes or what organisations should be doing, we’ll examine the everyday behaviours, assumptions, power dynamics and workplace norms that shape whether people feel safe, heard and able to speak up.
